Hotel Tugu Bali member Tugu Hotels Group invites energetic, dynamic, creative & skilled individuals with experience to fill the position of:

1. JUNIOR PASTRY

Requirements :

• A minimum 1 year experience in the same position, preferably in luxury hospitality/ hotel/restaurant industry
• Fast learner, creative, organized
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, when required.
• Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proactive and enthusiastic
• Willing to work as a team and individual

Job Descriptions :

• Operate and manage the pastry section of a kitchen
• Prepare a variety of baked goods
• Decorate and present pastries and baked goods in a tasteful and beautiful way
• Monitor and order ingredients, supplies and equipment
• Meet with customers to discuss custom-made desserts or baked goods for special occasions
• Ensure the bakery section of the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations
• Able to develop new seasonal recipes and menus and keep up with the latest trends

2. MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING STAFF

Requirements:

• Must have minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury hospitality/ food & beverage venues.
• Must have detailed understanding of kitchen equipment, electricity & lighting, air conditioning, sound system, and computers.
• Must be perfectionist, organized, discipline and comfortable working with targets and deadlines.

3. COOK/BUTCHER (Daily Worker)
4. WAITER/WAITRESS (Daily Worker)

Requirements for daily worker :

• minimum 1 years’ experience in the same position
• Fast learner, creative, organized.
• Strong motivation, dynamic, enthusiast and willing to work as a team
